How To Set Up Out of Office Automatic E-Mail Response

Log On using the Username and Password in the table on the right

Click the Settings link found in the upper left hand corner. A window will pop up.

In that window, click Incoming Email Link on right had menu.

In the Auto-Reply tab, click the Status to On.

Your reply should read something like, “I will be out of the office beginning XXXX and will be returning to the office on XXXX. In my absence, please contact XXXX@thefloodgroup.com or XXXX@thefloodgroup.com. Thank you YOUR NAME”


When you are done, click the Save button at the bottom of the window.


You can then go back to the Home Page or logout and close your browser.

To turn off the Autoresponder when you get back:

Login and click the Settings link in the upper left had corner.

You can then go back to the Home Page or logout. A window will pop up.

In that window, click Incoming Email Link on right had menu.

In the Auto-Reply tab, click the Status to Off.

Save and close.
